The CBAr Mediation Congress is an initiative born within the scope of the CBAr Business Mediation Study Group (GEMEP), dedicated to the reflection and deepening of mediation-related topics. Over the years, the event has established itself as a space for qualified dialogue among academics, professionals, and institutions in the field. It now reaches its ninth edition, reaffirming CBAr’s commitment to the dissemination and strengthening of mediation.
In 2025, CBAr introduced an important innovation: the International Mediation and Arbitration Congresses will be held jointly, in the same location, with an integrated and complementary program.
The 9th International Mediation Congress will take place on the morning of September 17th, with the theme “Integrity and Mediation.” Topics will be discussed, including ethics in relationships between mediation actors, the challenges of digital mediation, and the role of institutions in preserving the integrity of the process.
