Study Groups
CBAr has Study Groups on different topics related to arbitration, whose participation is open to its members.
Judicial Affairs Committee
Monitors decisions of judicial courts on matters of arbitration and other methods of extrajudicial dispute resolution, and may, in certain cases, prepare Technical Notes or CBAr statements as Amici Curiae.
Legislative Committee
Monitors bills on issues related to arbitration and other methods of extrajudicial dispute resolution in Brazil, and prepares Technical Notes on them.
Monograph Competition
Open to undergraduate students whose monographs deal with topics related to arbitration and other methods of alternative dispute resolution.
