The CBAr Lecture Series is our annual lecture series, which began in 2022, with topics related to:

(i) arbitration or consensual dispute resolution,

(ii) substantive law issues frequently encountered in arbitration, or

(iii) legal theory issues that address dispute resolution as a topic of reflection.
