Become a Member

You will be able to join an online discussion group, with daily debates via email, involving highly relevant topics for arbitration and mediation. You will also receive, already included in the annual fee, the Brazilian Arbitration Committee Review, distributed quarterly, published by Kluwer, with articles, texts, jurisprudence, and information of interest to the area at the national and international levels. Membership will entitle you to the Review to be published from the quarter following the date of membership. You will also be able to access all editions of the journal in electronic format in the member’s area with your login and password.

Finally, as a CBAr member, you will have discounts on events organized by the Committee, such as Congresses and Seminars.

To become a member of CBAr you must submit your membership application by selecting the desired plan and clicking on “Join now”.

The CBAr annual fee will be adjusted every year in June by the accumulated IPCA of the previous 12 months.
