The RBA – Revista Brasileira de Arbitragem (Brazilian Journal of Arbitration)

The Brazilian Journal of Arbitration (“RBA”) is a joint publication of CBAr and Kluwer Law International, which promotes scientific study on arbitration and other extrajudicial methods of dispute resolution, bringing together unpublished and scientifically relevant articles, and has the participation of several authors, both from the national and international context.

Authors interested in publishing scientific articles, academic research reports, comments on court decisions or book reviews in the Brazilian Journal of Arbitration must submit their work through the OJS (Open Journal System) platform, which can be accessed at www.rba.cbar.org.br.

All academic papers submitted to the Journal must comply with the PUBLISHING RULES, and are subject to i) preliminary analysis and approval by the Editorial Board (desk review) and ii) an evaluation process that adopts the double-blind peer review method.”

CBAr members receive the physical copy of the Journals quarterly.
