CBAr and the Brazilian Association of Jurimetry (ABJ) signed a technical-scientific cooperation agreement, with the intent of creating the Arbitration Observatory, which consists of empirical research that will carry out statistical and inferential analysis of judicial decisions involving arbitration, based on data of lawsuits that discuss the annulment and enforcement of arbitration awards, provisional guardianships, and the validity, existence, and effectiveness of arbitration agreements.
