Brazilian Arbitration Journal

With the purpose of disseminating and promoting arbitration, CBAr holds Conferences and Seminars in Brazil and abroad and publishes the so-called “Revista Brasileira de Arbitragem” (Brazilian Arbitration Journal).

Every work submitted to the Brazilian Arbitration Journal shall observe the PUBLISHING RULES (click here) and are subject to i) preliminary analysis and approval by the Editorial Board (desk review) and ii) evaluation process that adopts the double blind evaluation method.

Associate members receive quarterly CBAr the Journals published.
